TO ASSIST WITH YOUR TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION PLANS, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COURSE PROGRAM FINISHES AT APPROXIMATELY 2.00PM ON FRIDAY 1ST MARCH.

Most delegates will be staying at the Apex City Quay Hotel, Dundee. This is not included in the course price. Booking can be made directly with the hotel to receive the best rates and details will be provided on receipt of your registration.

Transportation

Transportation from and to the Apex City Quay hotel to the James Hutton Institute will be provided on Thursday 28th February and on Friday 1st March from the Apex City Quay hotel to the James Hutton Institute and on finish of the course, from the the James Hutton Institute into Dundee city if required.

Dinner, Thursday 28th February

All course delegates are invited to a dinner on Thursday 28th February with course presenters and representatives of Mylnefield Lipid Analysis and James Hutton Limited. This is included in the course price along with lunches and refreshments on both course days.

Booking conditions:

James Hutton Limited reserves the right to cancel the course without liability (paid fees will be returned in full).
If the delegate cancels up to 4 weeks before the first day of the course then 50% of the payment will be retained by James Hutton Limited.
If cancellation occurs within 4 weeks of the course, 90% of payment will be retained. No costs will be incurred if a replacement is found by the participant.
